Reporting to Housekeeping Supervisor in regards to daily reporting of the public area cleaning and inspecting of the areas. Clean public areas in a timely and thorough manner to ensure total guest satisfaction.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATION
Secondary school or equivalent
CORE WORK ACTIVITIES
- Meets with superior and takes on daily assigned tasks
- Reports and submits lost and found articles to superior immediately
- Report guest complaints to superior immediately
- Reports unusual behaviour/activities on floors to supervisor
- Records public areas status in allocated section accurately
- Cleans and maintains public areas according to standards and procedures.
- Replenishes guest supplies
- Ensures guest services specified by superiors and guests requests are promptly and courteously met
- Reports damage or malfunction in any public areas to superior
- Records room status in allocated section accurately
- Complies with hotels health safety and hygiene policy
- Adheres to personal grooming and hygiene standard
- Attends training sessions as required
