Team Leadership:Lead motivate train and manage a team of engineers and technicians fostering a high-performance culture.
Safety Health & Environment (SHE):Strictly enforce safety protocols statutory compliance and environmental standards (QHSE).
Process Improvement:Drive efficiency reduce costs minimize waste and implement best practices (Lean Six Sigma TPM).
Quality Assurance:Oversee quality systems adherence to standards and analysis for product quality.
Maintenance & Reliability:Manage preventive maintenance major overhauls and troubleshooting of equipment.
Budget & Cost Control:Prepare and manage departmental budgets resource allocation and cost-saving initiatives.
Reporting & Compliance:Maintain MIS prepare reports and liaise with regulatory bodies.
