Job Summary

Job Description: We are seeking 10th pass freshers to join our team as Airport Ground Staff at Bluespirit in Indore Madhya Pradesh. As a Ground Staff you will be responsible for assisting passengers and ensuring a smooth and safe travel experience at the airport. Responsibilities: - Greet and assist passengers at check-in counters boarding gates and baggage claim areas - Check tickets verify passenger information and assist with seat assignments - Handle and resolve any customer inquiries or issues in a professional and timely manner - Ensure the safety and security of all passengers by following standard procedures and protocols - Assist with boarding and de-boarding of passengers and provide any necessary assistance during the flight - Maintain a clean and organized work area including the check-in counters and boarding gates - Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and effective operations - Adhere to all company policies and procedures including safety and security protocols - Continuously update knowledge of airline regulations and procedures to provide accurate information to passengers - Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager Requirements: - Minimum 10th pass from a recognized board - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy luggage - Willingness to work in shifts including weekends and holidays - Basic computer skills and knowledge of MS Office - Prior experience in the aviation industry is a plus but not required - Must be able to pass a background check and drug test We offer a competitive salary package and opportunities for growth and development within the company.
