DescriptionRole summary:
- Develops and execute strategic & tactical plans that support business strategy(STRAP) based on Market and economy profile in the greater China region such as NPI commercialization pricing product strategy etc.
- Consistently identify new business opportunities at existing and potential customers/segments to ensure sustained growth;
- Responsible for key financial metrics including revenue orders gross profit to grow the business sustainably and profitably.
- Manage and lead Sales team channel team to develop the tactical plan and execute the business strategy. Connect China team with global team to align the regional strategy and global strategy advocate regional voice to global strategy /business decision.
ResponsibilitiesKey Performance measures
- AOP financial goals of the responsible product line in China region (Order Revenue GP)
- Development of tactics and execute initiatives to attain growth in the assigned area in support of the AOP and STRAP
- Demonstrate leadership and influencing throughout the organization
- Actively support sales team and channel team to meet the AOP
- Drive Honeywell safety culture
QualificationsKey requirements/success criteria
- Proven business experience of measurement control industry in multiple vertical markets. Networking within the relevant industry large customers OEMs EPCs and Consultants will be a strong advantage.
- Experience planning developing and executive sales campaigns or programs in specific markets or for specific products
- Proven sales product marketing skills proven skills in handling key accounts with clear and demonstrable sales results
- Technical competence in general sciences as related to mechanical chemical and electrical engineering knowledge of instrumentation and process control products would be a significant added advantage
