We are hiring Duty Manager;
As a Duty Manager we rely on you to:
- Supervise the daily operations of the Guest Services teams to ensure full compliance with hotel Standards.
- Monitor room inventory and support room blocking to maximize occupancy and revenue.
- Conduct regular inspections of VIP rooms and public areas to maintain impeccable cleanliness and maintenance standards.
- Anticipate guest needs and proactively manage special requests.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for guest complaints and resolve issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.
- In the absence of senior management during the shift lead the response team and ensure all guest and employee incidents are promptly reported.
- Facilitate effective crossdepartment communication within the hotel.
We are looking for someone who:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the Front Office department of an international 5star hotel.
- Fluent in both written and spoken Chinese and English.
- Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions under pressure.
- Professional appearance and demeanor that reflect the hotels image.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts including nights weekends and public holidays.
- A friendly helpful and trustworthy leadership style.
- Preferred background in hotel management or related education.
