As retail field trainer you will work closely with both retail and office teams. You will be responsible for the strategic planning adaptation delivery and evaluation of training programs focused on brand culture product knowledge selling skills and customer service to support business objectives. Additionally you will assist the Retail Area Manager in gathering feedback from the field through regular on-site coaching and observation.

- Oversee the NSO onboarding training program for new China retail stores. Inspire motivate and train the field sales force through in-store and digital coaching.
- Design and follow up on styling training activities to enhance the teams ability in silhouette mixing and matching. Collaborate with the Merchandising team to ensure training content is delivered in a timely and high-quality manner.
Support Mainland China regional business with a focus on:
- Elevating store service levels through diverse training solutions and on-floor coaching.
- Partnering with Retail Managers to identify regional training needs and implementing programs accordingly.
- Initiating and conducting retail KPI improvement training following up with key frontline staff.
- Providing in-store coaching and training to drive behavioral change that enhances individual and store performance.
- Collaborating closely with HQ training teams to co-create deliver and provide feedback on learning initiatives.
- Acting as a role model and business partner to support brand community events.
- Continuously monitoring and supporting the performance of retail stores.
- Focusing on product knowledge people development and performance management.
- Sharing area training performance updates monthly maintaining accurate training records summarizing outcomes and providing recommendations.
Lead Regional Training Programs
- Manage end-to-end execution of assigned training programs and projects.
- Develop training materials including manuals presentations videos and other supporting tools.
- Measure and track the effectiveness of each training program and propose improvements. Handle all logistics related to retail training needs.
Travel Requirements
- Travel regularly for in-store coaching activities.
- Travel as needed to support training and other initiatives.
Qualifications :
Who you are:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of retail training / field coaching / store leadership enablement experience in the Global retail (in luxury and sports) preferred.
- Fluent in Mandarin; working proficiency in spoken and written English.
- Experience in employee coaching and development (relevant certification is a plus).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
