Constantly update CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system (Microsoft Dynamics)

Detailed Responsibilities 具体工作职责

New Business Development: Research and identify new business opportunities including new markets growth areas trends customers products and services.

新业务开发研究和识别新的商业机会包括新市场增长领域趋势客户产品和服务

Continuously build up a strong sales pipeline using (MSD) to meet sales growth and KPIs guided from the company.

使用Microsoft Dynamics (MSD) 不断建立强大的销售机会并加以管理以实现公司指导的销售增长预期指标和各项考核指标

Engage in cold calling and customer engagement to increase leads and potential sales contacts.

投身于电话销售参加同行和物流相关的展会以增加销售机会和潜在的客户联系方式

Customer Retention: Develop and implement customer retention to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

客户维系和保留开发并维系好现有客户以确保高水平的客户满意度

Act as the primary commercial point of contact for assigned accounts addressing any issues or concerns and ensuring they receive high-quality service in close collaboration with operations internally.

Business Expansion: Analyze assigned existing accounts to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
