The Opportunity
Are you an organised detail-focused professional with experience in executive support and a passion for delivering exceptional business administration We are seeking an experienced Executive Support Officer to provide executive and team support as well as a broad range of administrative services that enable operational excellence across our University.
In this dynamic role you will provide executive support to three Directors in the Business Support and Campus Operations Teams. You will also provide event and communications support as well as general business administration to the wider team where your contributions will help create a responsive and efficient working environment.
Key Responsibilities
About You
You bring 35 years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant ideally within a large complex organisation. You thrive in a busy working environment where priorities shift quickly and require resilience and adaptability.
Proactive and resourceful you anticipate executive needs take initiative and deliver confidential high-level support without needing constant direction.
Known for your exceptional organisational skills you manage competing priorities under pressure while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
A strong communicator with discretion you build trusted relationships and handle sensitive information with care.
Youre an analytical problem-solver able to resolve issues independently without repeatedly seeking guidance.
Comfortable working autonomously you exercise sound judgment and initiative while being a collaborative team player.
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Word Excel) and quick to learn new systems and processes.
