Job Overview

We are seeking a Lighting Controls Support Technician to support projects involving a Bluetooth Mesh lighting control system. This role involves field commissioning troubleshooting contractor support and technical training for lighting control systems.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in lighting control systems electrical field work and wireless control technologies along with the ability to support installations and assist customers in configuring and commissioning systems.

Key Responsibilities

Develop a complete understanding of the Bluetooth Mesh lighting control system capabilities and applications.
Provide field support for lighting control projects including startup commissioning using a mobile commissioning application.
Assist contractors and installers with troubleshooting field installations.
Configure commission and set up systems using the mobile application.
Deliver training on-site commissioning and technical support to sales teams contractors and customers.
Provide technical guidance during project implementation and system configuration.
Support sales teams and customers with lighting control solutions and system design.
Assist with system troubleshooting and escalate complex issues when necessary.
Communicate unique customer requirements and field challenges to leadership for evaluation.
