Job Summary

Title: Jr. Production Support Analyst

Location: Hybrid in Midtown NYC NY (2-3Days/week)

Duration: 6 Months CTH

MOI: 2Video then F2F (In-person Interview)

Visa: USC/GC preferred

Max rate: $40/hr on C2C (No flex)

This contract has an initial duration of six months and will convert to FT after 6 months

Key skills: Scripting skills (Python preferred) basic Linux admin skills good school/degree not more than 6 years of experience understanding of FIX concepts or similar (like xml)

Location is Midtown NYC 2-3 days/week

Local candidates strongly preferred interview will be f-f for final round (after 2 video rounds)

Job Title: Junior FIX Onboarding / Production Support Analyst

We are seeking a smart highly motivated and eager-to-learn junior candidate to support FIX onboarding and production support for Equity trading workflows.

This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional looking to build expertise in electronic trading FIX connectivity and production support. The role supports the FIX gateway and works closely with trading desks technology teams and external clients.

Responsibilities:

Assist with FIX (4.2/4.4) onboarding session setup testing and configuration
Monitor and support FIX gateway and trading applications in production
Troubleshoot connectivity and order routing issues
Support releases and system enhancements
Document processes and contribute to team knowledge sharing

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering Finance or related field
0 3 years of experience (internships welcome)
Strong analytical skills and intellectual curiosity
Eagerness to learn complex trading systems
Basic knowledge of Linux and scripting (Python Bash or Java preferred)
Strong communication skills
