Job Summary
Role: Licensed Nurse Care Coordinator (ONSITE)
Location: 5101 OConnor Blvd Irving TX 75039
Contract Duration: 12 weeks of assignment with possible extension
Pay Rate: Up To $33.80/hr
Work Schedule: 40hrs/week
Shift: 8:00AM - 5:00PM Monday - Friday

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Min of 3 years of clinical or home health experience required.
- Must be licensed and reside in Texas
- Submit with proof of education; High School Diploma and
- PROFILES MUST INCLUDE NURSYS LICENSE VERIFICATION
