Absolute Elder Care is looking for a dedicated Remote Nurse Consultant to join our Administrative team. This full-time position based in Ocala offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the health care industry from the comfort of your home. As a Remote Nurse Consultant you will play a vital role in ensuring high-quality care for our elderly patients.
In this role you will provide expert nursing advice support and consultation services to our clients and their families. Responsibilities
- Provide nursing consultations to clients and their families
- Develop and review care plans for elderly patients
- Collaborate with health care professionals to ensure optimal patient care
- Educate clients on health management and preventive care
- Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and care plans
- Assist in the assessment of patient needs and outcomes
- Stay current with best practices in elderly care and nursing
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to ongoing projects
Requirements
- Active nursing license (LPN or RN) in the state of Florida
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Basic understanding of elderly care and health care systems
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Proficiency in using digital communication tools and software
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
- Previous experience in nursing or health care settings is a plus
