Job Description
Seeking a Travel RN to provide professional nursing care to patients of all ages. This role requires independent clinical judgment patient-focused care and the ability to handle emergent situations calmly.
Key Responsibilities

Perform nursing assessments and implement individualized care plans
-
Administer medications and therapies safely
-
Coordinate care with physicians and healthcare team
-
Educate patients and families on treatments and disease management
-
Document care thoroughly and maintain patient confidentiality
-
Provide leadership and guidance to CNAs/Techs when assigned
-
Participate in staff education and professional development
Qualifications
-
Current Alaska RN license (full unrestricted)
-
BLS and PALS required; ACLS within 6 months
-
Minimum 1 year of clinical experience preferred; specialty area experience a plus

Strong critical thinking communication and interpersonal skills
-
Ability to act independently prioritize and respond to emergencies
