Business Development Specialist
As a leading resourcing partner in the Asia region Novus Precision Partners are proud to be working with an international firm with their search for Business Development Representative.
In the Hong Kong region youll be our first point of contact for prospective clients uncovering their needs and pain points and demonstrating how our Enterprise SaaS platform that enables end-to-end management transparency and collaboration across large scale Projects can transform their projects and construction activities.
Youll be responsible for identifying potential customers generating new business opportunities to be converted into Sales Qualified Opportunities where youll be supported by our HK and global teams to move the opportunity to close/win status. You will work with our marketing and customer facings teams to gain a strong understanding of our software offering and be able to demonstrate this understanding during introductory calls emails and ongoing relationship. As a part of this role you will understand our Ideal Client Personas target markets and build relationships in your target market and sectors.
Objectives of this role:
- Represent the companys products and services using acquired knowledge as well as consumer research to explain how our solutions meet customer needs
- Generate leads opportunities and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding potential new sales opportunities
- Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage sales executives in next steps
- Identify best practices for refining the companys lead-generation and sales playbook
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend in person events meetings and interactions designed to build relationships and generate sales opportunities
- Utilise existing sales tools to run outbound campaigns to generate new sales opportunities
- Identify the needs of prospects and suggest appropriate products or services
- Build long-term trusting relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities
- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
- Report to management with weekly monthly and quarterly results
Requirements:
- 2 years Business Development experience
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
Bonus Knowledge and skills:
- Experience working with clients in Construction Property Management Government Projects and Infrastructure.
