Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
Insurance Domain Leadership (Must Have)
- Mandatory: Strong experience in the Insurance industry with deep understanding of insurance operations products and regulatory environments.
- Demonstrate expertise across insurance distribution models including bancassurance agency broker and third-party partnerships ensuring solutions support these channels effectively.
- Provide architectural leadership across insurance service domains translating business capabilities into scalable technology solutions.
- Work closely with insurance product operations and distribution teams to ensure technology solutions align with business objectives.
Architecture & Solution Design
- Define enterprise-level architecture strategies and target-state platforms for insurance technology ecosystems.
- Design scalable secure and resilient platforms using modern technology stacks and cloud-native architectures.
- Evaluate and recommend technology solution options providing a holistic view across stakeholders and platforms.
- Develop architecture and technology roadmaps aligned with business priorities and long-term strategic goals.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Craft clear and compelling solution proposals and facilitate alignment among diverse stakeholders.
- Collaborate with business analysts product owners testing teams and engineering teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
- Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to senior business stakeholders and technical teams.
Engineering & Delivery Governance
- Provide detailed architecture and design guidance to engineering teams.
- Ensure solutions meet business capability performance security and resilience requirements.
- Oversee solutions across the full lifecyclefrom ideation and architecture to implementation and post-deployment evolution.
- Ensure solutions are maintainable scalable and operationally efficient after go-live.
Requirements
Mandatory Experience
- Strong Insurance domain experience is required. Candidates without insurance industry experience will not be considered.
- Proven experience designing solutions within insurance organizations or insurance technology platforms.
Technical Expertise
- Experience designing enterprise-scale architectures in cloud environments (AWS or GCP).
- Strong knowledge of microservices architectures container platforms (Docker Kubernetes) and distributed systems.
- Experience with modern SDLC practices including CI/CD pipelines infrastructure-as-code and automated deployments.
- Familiarity with modern technology stacks across front-end and back-end ecosystems.
