Job Summary

My client a top US investment bank is seeking a seasoned Product Owner/ Project Manager to join the wealth transformation team in Asia. Youll lead endtoend programs modernizing client onboarding and maintenance platforms working closely with Technology Operations Legal Compliance and business stakeholders across Asia.

Key responsibilities

Own delivery for strategic initiatives across onboarding and client maintenance platforms: scope requirements user stories UAT (including test scripts) implementation and postgolive support.
Develop transformation strategy and ensure solutions meet business objectives regulatory requirements and expected outcomes.
Create and maintain project plans roadmaps status reporting and steering committee presentations; chair working groups.
Track milestones dependencies and budgets; escalate and resolve conflicts between stakeholders and resources.
Provide business analysis recommend process/system improvements and liaise with engineering teams on technical tradeoffs.

What youll bring

University degree in business finance IT or related field.
8 years experience in project management or product development for enterprise or clientfacing banking applications.
Proven track record of endtoend delivery in banking/wealth/private banking (onboarding KYC/AML experience a strong plus).
Strong stakeholder management influencing and communication skills; comfortable presenting to senior leadership.
Handson with UAT user stories and Agile delivery practices; data quality and valuation awareness advantageous.
Detailoriented solutionfocused and able to operate effectively in a matrixed fastpaced environment.
