Our client is a successful growing company within the Trades and Services industry.

Based from their inner Brisbane location this passionate team have an opportunity for a Junior Administration Trainee to join the business.

The Opportunity

In the position of Junior Business Administration Trainee you will provide a high level of customer service to both internal and external customers maintain a professional demeanour and enjoy working in a thriving fast paced environment.

This traineeship will see you receive ongoing training in business administration skills. After 12 months of successfully completed on-the-job and off-the-job training you will receive a Certificate III in Business Administration.

You will provide general administrative support to the team including:

  • Answering and directing incoming phone calls in a professional manner
  • Managing shared inboxes and responding to enquiries or escalating where required
  • Creating updating and closing work orders in internal systems
  • Assisting with job scheduling technician coordination and daily allocations
  • Updating and uploading documents service reports and compliance records to customer and internal portals
  • Maintaining accurate records including asset registers contact lists and compliance documentation
  • Assisting with data entry document preparation and general filing
  • Supporting timesheets purchase orders and basic invoice or account queries
  • Assisting with training records licences uniforms and safety documentation
  • Providing general office support including stationery management and assisting office staff as required
