The Opportunity
An opportunity has become available to join the UPA team for anAdministration Assistant at Bracken House.
The role of the Administration Assistant is to support residents and staff attend incoming calls and assist visitor inquiries whilst providing high level administration assistance to the Facility Manager.
It is required for the successful applicant to possess exceptional customer service experience and the ability to provide effective and efficient administrative support in accordance with company policies procedures and regulatory standards within an age care facility setting.
What you will need:
- Possess compassionate caring and supportive nature
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent and highly developed computer skills including Excel Word and data base management
- Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment
- Ability to develop positive relationships and engage with staff and residents
- High attention to detail
- Possess efficient and organised administrative skills and sound experience
- Understanding of confidentiality and handling private information
- Perform Ad Hoc duties and responsibilities when required
