Job Summary

  • Assists the Cost Control Manager in monitoring and controlling all procedures that affect receipt issuance general controls hotel sales and other miscellaneous services.
  • Supports in monitoring and recording all account meals food and beverage costs maintaining accuracy of the POS system and helps verify and tabulate inventories. 
  • Helps oversee inventory management stocktaking processing and verifying invoices for payment.

Qualifications :

  • Graduate of a degree in Accounting and Hospitality Management or any related field is an asset.
  • A minimum of one (1) year of relevant experience in finance and cost control is an advantage.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and a keen sense of detail.
  • Proficiency in relevant software such as Microsoft applications Futurelog and other relevant applications for Cost Control
