Job Summary

Role Summary

Drive and manage Projects Salesacross large construction and infrastructure projects owning the complete lifecyclefrom client acquisition and techno-commercial proposals to execution coordinationensuring revenue growth profitability and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive regional project sales and order book growth
  • Manage key project clients: developers builders architects consultants
  • Prepare techno-commercial proposals BOQs and cost estimates
  • Ensure budget control margins and on-time project execution
  • Coordinate with design engineering and installation teams
Candidate Background:-

Candidates from any building materials / construction productssegment including:
Doors & Windows Tiles Sanitaryware Glass ACP Paneling Ceilings Prefab / Modular Structures


Key Requirements
  • 815 years of experience in Project Sales / Project Businesswithin building materials
  • Exposure to uPVC / Aluminium doors & windowsor allied products preferred
  • Proven experience managing large project accounts end-to-end
  • Strong commercial negotiation and stakeholder management skills
