Drive and manage Projects Salesacross large construction and infrastructure projects owning the complete lifecyclefrom client acquisition and techno-commercial proposals to execution coordinationensuring revenue growth profitability and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive regional project sales and order book growth
- Manage key project clients: developers builders architects consultants
- Prepare techno-commercial proposals BOQs and cost estimates
- Ensure budget control margins and on-time project execution
- Coordinate with design engineering and installation teams
Candidate Background:-Candidates from any building materials / construction productssegment including:
Doors & Windows Tiles Sanitaryware Glass ACP Paneling Ceilings Prefab / Modular StructuresKey Requirements- 815 years of experience in Project Sales / Project Businesswithin building materials
- Exposure to uPVC / Aluminium doors & windowsor allied products preferred
- Proven experience managing large project accounts end-to-end
- Strong commercial negotiation and stakeholder management skills
KPIs- Project sales revenue & margins
- Timely project delivery
- Client satisfaction & repeat business
