Senior Sales Leader Lending & Financial Solutions
We are looking for a high-impact sales leader from the lending/financial services industry to drive strategic
growth and lead our Lending Solutions vertical. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional who combines
strong business acumen with proven leadership in building high-performing sales teams.
What Youll Drive
Define and execute lending sales strategy to accelerate revenue growth
Lead and scale high-performing sales teams
Build strategic partnerships with banks NBFCs and financial institutions
Own targets pipeline performance and market expansion initiatives
Deliver consultative client-centric financial solutions
Who You Are
5 7 years in loan sales banking or financial services
Strong leadership track record with target-driven teams
Deep understanding of lending products and credit processes
Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills
MBA will be an added advantage
