Whats the role

This is an exceptional opportunity to step into a pivotal role at the heart of BTs leadership team. The Executive Assistant provides proactive high-level administrative and organisational support to the Chief Product Officer (CPO) and Head of Product Management & Development along with supporting the broader CPO Leadership Team enabling them to operate effectively and focus on strategic priorities. You will be responsible for managing calendars for two senior executives coordinating communications supporting stakeholder engagement and ensuring the smooth execution of day-to-day activities for the CPO office.

Key areas of responsibility include:

  • Diary & email management
  • Meeting coordination
  • Travel & Event Management
  • Expense & Procurement Management
  • Project initiatives support

Location: Full-time Sydney-based (due to the nature of the role candidates must reside in Sydney).

What do I need

  • Solid demonstrated experience supporting senior executives (C-Suite stakeholders) in a complex corporate environment is essential
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word PowerPoint Excel Outlook)
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of discretion and ability to handle sensitive information
  • Experience in financial services or product management environments is desirable
