Whats the role
This is an exceptional opportunity to step into a pivotal role at the heart of BTs leadership team. The Executive Assistant provides proactive high-level administrative and organisational support to the Chief Product Officer (CPO) and Head of Product Management & Development along with supporting the broader CPO Leadership Team enabling them to operate effectively and focus on strategic priorities. You will be responsible for managing calendars for two senior executives coordinating communications supporting stakeholder engagement and ensuring the smooth execution of day-to-day activities for the CPO office.
Key areas of responsibility include:
Location: Full-time Sydney-based (due to the nature of the role candidates must reside in Sydney).
