Job Summary

The Sales Executive is responsible for supporting revenue growth by sourcing developing and converting new business opportunities across the properties. The role requires a proactive and driven individual with strong client engagement skills an understanding of the hospitality market and the ability to convert leads into successful bookings. The Sales Executive will assist in implementing sales strategies nurturing new client relationships and contributing to the overall sales targets of the department.

New Business Development:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the hospitality market.
  • Support the execution of sales strategies targeting corporate clients event planners travel agencies and individual guests.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and new market segments.
  • Maintain an updated database and pipeline of leads and prospects.
Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new clients.
  • Conduct sales calls client meetings presentations and property tours as required.
  • Assist in negotiating rates and preparing proposals under the guidance of the Sales Manager.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups and convert qualified leads into bookings.
Sales Strategy and Planning:
  • Prepare and submit weekly and monthly sales activity reports.
  • Update CRM records and ensure accuracy of client and pipeline information.
  • Monitor competitor activities and communicate market trends to the Sales Manager.
  • Assist in preparing sales performance data forecasts and market insights.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics providing regular reports and insights toSales manager.
Brand Representation:
  • Represent the company professionally during client engagements site visits and industry events.
  • Ensure brand consistency across sales communications and materials.
  • Support the marketing and sales teams in promotional campaigns when required.
Collaboration:
  • Work closely with operations marketing reservations and events teams to ensure smooth delivery of bookings and client requests.
  • Provide client feedback and market insights to Sales manager for continuous improvement.
  • Participate in internal meetings and contribute to team goals.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the Sales Manager.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field
  • Minimum of 2 - 3 years of sales experience
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Strong understanding of the luxury market and client expectations.
  • Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Experience working with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
