Role: Senior Manager- Fundraising & Partnerships Delhi
Experience: 9-12 years
Salary: Up to 15-18 LPA
Key Responsibilities:
Fundraising Strategy & Pipeline Development
- Develop and manage a robust fundraising pipeline to meet annual organizational targets.
- Identify and prioritize opportunities across CSR institutional donors foundations and HNIs.
- Monitor fundraising metrics and pipeline health to ensure progress against established goals.
Prospect Identification & Cultivation
- Research and qualify new prospects including foreign foundations and multi-laterals.
- Lead donor outreach through meetings presentations and structured follow-ups.
- Document relationship history and prospect intelligence for strategic reporting.
End-to-End Fundraising Cycle Ownership
- Lead donor mapping engagement strategies and needs assessments for priority portfolios.
- Manage proposal development budgeting inputs and due diligence documentation.
- Anchor high-stakes negotiations agreement closures and renewal processes.
Donor Relationship & Account Management
- Maintain high-quality engagement with existing donors to ensure satisfaction.
- Coordinate responses to donor requests regarding program updates or financial clarifications.
- Drive renewals and upsell opportunities through evidence-based impact conversations.
Proposal Reports & Communication
- Collaborate with program teams to create compelling concept notes and impact updates.
- Ensure all submissions meet donor standards timelines and compliance requirements.
- Review donor-facing materials such as pitch decks annual reports and social media content to strengthen organizational positioning.
