Position Summary
This position leads new business development for physical security systems across commercial institutional and large-scale development projects. The role is commercially focused and outward-facing with responsibility for expanding market presence opening new accounts and securing high-value project opportunities.
Core Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a business development strategy for security systems solutions
- Identify new project opportunities within real estate hospitality infrastructure and institutional markets
- Engage with developers consultants architects and decision-makers early in the project lifecycle
- Convert discussions into qualified tenders and negotiated contracts
- Collaborate with internal technical teams to align solutions with client needs
- Maintain accurate pipeline reporting and revenue forecasts
- Represent the business at industry and client-facing events
Candidate Profile
- 5 years experience in business development or solution sales within security systems or construction
- Strong commercial instincts and relationship-building capability
- Experience selling into project-driven environments
- Comfortable working independently with performance accountability
- Fluent Khmer required; English communication skills expected
