The Senior Specialist Web Development is responsible for designing and delivering scalable high-performance web applications. This role provides technical leadership ensures high UI/UX standards and drives frontend innovation to strengthen the Banks digital platforms.

Main Responsibilities

Design and develop scalable frontend applications using Angular and Tailwind CSS.
Write clean testable and high-performance code following best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth API integration and consistent UI/UX.
Ensure accessibility security and compliance standards.
Improve CI/CD pipelines to support automation and reliable deployments.
Provide technical guidance and contribute to architecture and solution design.
Continuously enhance digital experiences using user feedback and analytics.

Main Requirements

Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
4 years of experience in frontend web development.
Strong skills in HTML CSS (Tailwind) JavaScript/TypeScript and Angular.
Experience with RESTful APIs and frontend-backend integration.
Basic knowledge of Docker and CI/CD processes.
Strong problem-solving communication and teamwork skills.
Detail-oriented adaptable and committed to high-quality delivery.
