Responsible to oversee and manage the hotel training program.
Conduct training needs analysis annually and budget.
Deliver SOFITEL brand leadership soft skills hotel standards training to the employees.
Report on the training delivery and learning program implemented.
Establish relationship with local & international schools/NGOs.
Manage the performance appraisal process of the employees in line with the Leadership Capability Framework.
Qualifications :
Bachelor degree in human resource management training or similar field.
Minimum 3 years of training/facilitation experience.
Significant understanding of adult learning principles.
Knowledge of utilizing e-learning platforms and practices.
Well-presented and professionally groomed at all times.
Strong communication skills in Khmer and English.
Professional Trainer certification is required.
