Position Overview
As a Home Health LPN at Holy Cross Home Care & Hospice youll provide skilled nursing care to the organizations clients in accordance with the plan of care as prescribed by the physician and assigned by the supervising registered nurse.

Pay Range: $26.07-$41.74 per hour

Minimum Qualifications
A minimum of one (1) year of licensed experience in home care ER Urgent Care Critical Care experience
Licensure as an LPN in the State of Maryland
Fluency in Spanish and English (spoken and written)
Graduate of an accredited or state approved school of practical nursing
Phlebotomy and wound care experience required.
Must have passed National Association Practical Nurse Exam (NAPNES) or equivalent medication exam before administering medications.
Must possess interpersonal skills sufficient to interact effectively with clients and their families as well as all interdisciplinary caregivers peers subordinates and supervisors.
Must have current Drivers license and reliable transportation to and from work site.
