This role will provide comprehensive exposure to HR operations labourcompliance and internal information management. The selected candidate will support key operational activities ensure adherence to compliance requirements and contribute tomaintainingaccurateandupdated HR information on internal platforms. WhatYoullBe Doing: Labour Compliance: - Assistin monitoring tracking andmaintainingstatutory labour compliance requirements.
- Support in the preparation submission and documentation of compliance with relevant stakeholders to ensuretimelyadherence to compliance obligations.
HR Operations: - Maintain and update all HR boards trackers and operational platforms.
- Ensure accuracy consistency and availability of HR records and data.
- Provide support during internal audits and documentation reviews.
Internal Portal & Information Management:
- Update the internal HR information portal with changes in policies guidelines and HR processes.
- Publish andmaintaininformation on organizational events announcements and key HR initiatives.
- Ensure that content isaccurate relevant and easily accessible for employees.
Administrative & Project Support:
- Assist the HR team with day-to-day operations and special projects.
- Identifyopportunities for process improvement and contribute to the standardization of HR practices.
What YouWillBring: - Bachelors degree or degree/diploma in Human Resources Business Administration or related discipline.
- Strong interest in HR operations and labour compliance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and documentation abilities with attention to detail.
- Proficiencyin MS Office Suite / Google Workspace; familiarity with HRIS platforms preferred.
- Ability tomaintainconfidentiality work effectively under deadlines and collaborate in a team environment.
Learning & Development Opportunities - Structured exposure to HR operations and statutory compliance practices.
- Hands-on experience inmaintainingHR information systems and internal portals.
- Development of practical skills in HR administration and compliance management.
- Mentorship and guidance from experienced HR professionals.
