& Talent Acquisition : Source screen and interview candidates for various roles particularly for branch operations (Gold Loan Executives Branch Managers) in the Mumbai/Navi Mumbai region.
& Induction : Conduct orientation for new employees ensuring they understand company policies and procedures.
Relations : Act as the primary contact for employee queries resolve grievances and foster a positive work environment.
& Labor Laws : Ensure adherence to labor laws maintain employee records and manage documentation for statutory compliance.
Management : Assist in performance appraisals and employee evaluations.
Operations : Manage attendance leave records and support payroll processes
