Job Summary
Our HR-Tech practice at nHRMS is looking for enthusiastic interns who want to work at the intersection of HR and technology.
If you have internship experience and a basic understanding of HR roles and core HR functions (recruitment onboarding HR operations etc.) this could be a great opportunity to learn and build hands-on exposure in HR-Tech implementations.
Location: South Bangalore
Eligibility: Internship experience basic understanding of HR functions
Exposure: HRMS HR operations and HR-Tech implementation projects
Required Skills:
Content Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with the companys marketing goals. Content Creation: Write and edit high-quality content including blog posts landing pages case studies white papers social media content and email newsletters. SEO Optimization: Use SEO best practices to optimize content and increase organic traffic. Campaigns: Collaborate with the marketing team to create content for demand generation campaigns email marketing and social media. Product Messaging: Translate technical product features into compelling easy-to- understand content for our target audience. Data-Driven Decisions: Track content performance metrics and iterate based on insights. Collaborations: Work with internal teams and external influencers to develop case studies and guest blog posts.
