The Company is looking for a proactive and organized HR Executive who will manage day-to-day HR operations. The role involves handling attendance HR reports employee lifecycle processes payroll coordination and ensuring smooth HR administration across departments.
Key Responsibilities
Attendance & Records

Maintain daily attendance leave records and shift data.

Ensure accuracy of employee records and HR files.

Manage HR trackers and MIS reports.
Manpower Management
-
Coordinate employee onboarding and documentation.
-
Handle employee offboarding exit formalities and full & final settlements.
-
Maintain employee database and personal files.
Payroll Support
-
Coordinate with payroll/vendor for salary processing.
-
Ensure attendance leaves and deductions are correctly reflected.
-
Assist in resolving payroll-related queries.
HR Operations
-
Support recruitment coordination including interview scheduling and follow-ups.
-
Implement HR policies and ensure compliance.
-
Address basic employee queries related to HR processes.
-
Support HR audits and internal reviews.
Reporting & Coordination
-
Prepare monthly HR reports and dashboards.
-
Coordinate with department heads for manpower updates.
-
Ensure timely communication with management.
Required Skills & Knowledge

Sound knowledge of basic HR operations.

Experience in attendance management and payroll coordination.

Understanding of onboarding and offboarding processes.
-
Good working knowledge of MS Excel Word and HR tools.

Strong communication and coordination skills.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and accuracy.
