Job Summary

PURPOSE OF THE JOB

Build and deliver regional analytics projects with alignment and support from HQ to provide accurate and actionable insights to regional and local market stakeholders (where applicable).

Assist the APMEA Analytics Function fulfilling any gaps in delivery of Analytics products through training and support.

Collaborate with cross-functional HQ/Regional/Local teams to drive improved data literacy governance and business outcomes with local analytics units in the region.

Champion best practice solutions utilising standard IT provided platforms and analytics tools.

Align with data governance and compliance teams to ensure that data access data privacy and security requirements are met while using the analytical tools.

Configure and customise the analytical tools based on business requirements including setting up data connections creating dashboards and defining user access roles and permissions.

Support HQ with any Global initiatives that affect the Regions and Countries.

Solution documentation and project reporting for any Analytics products that are delivered.

Stay updated in emerging trends and advancements in analytics tools and technologies. Share knowledge and insights with stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.

Accurately Gather and Communicate Demands/Needs of Stakeholders

Training and Support

Support HQ with any Global Initiatives

Qualifications :

Bachelors Degree In IT Business Data Science or Any Related Fields with at least 2 Years experience in the industry.

Strong technical background and knowledge of analytics software and data solutions.

Experience with building Analytics solutions such as dashboards data pipelines and data warehousing.

A strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills as well as the ability to adapt and embrace change and improvements.

Experience with tools such as SAP Analytics Cloud Snowflake PowerBI and low code data wrangling/automation tools such as Alteryx Cloud.

Strong understanding of business processes in an FMCG setting is a plus.

Experience leveraging Python to deliver functional/effective solutions is a plus.
