In this role you will:
- Build and grow strong adviser partnerships that drive sustainable support for TAL across a defined panel.
- Identify and convert new adviser opportunities by representing TAL at industry dealership and partner events.
- Position TALs value proposition through trusted product service and business support conversations with advisers.
- Execute targeted growth plans aligned to regional priorities to increase adviser engagement and production.
- Strengthen adviser capability and advocacy through training campaigns and tailored engagement initiatives.
- Share market and competitor insights to inform regional strategy and strengthen TALs competitive position.
Qualifications :
- Bring a solid understanding of life insurance and advice frameworks including how advisers operate and deliver compliant client outcomes.
- Communicate with confidence and credibility building trust quickly through clear engaging and professional conversations.
- Apply a proactive commercially minded approach to identifying opportunities and solving adviser needs.
- Manage time and priorities effectively working autonomously while staying aligned to broader team goals.
- Build strong relationships at pace using resilience and adaptability in a fastmoving sales environment.
- Act with integrity and accountability contributing positively to team culture and TALs reputation with advisers and partners.
