Position Overview:
We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Conversion & Retention Agents for our Japanese Desk to join our dynamic team in Limassol Cyprus. The ideal candidates will have a proven track record in retention or sales with a strong focus on client satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive customer retention and satisfaction through proactive engagement and support.
- Understand client needs to enhance their overall experience and increase loyalty.
- Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in a similar position FX Industry a must
- Fluent in Japanese (written and spoken); proficiency in English is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Previous experience on the Japanese desk in Cyprus is highly desirable.
