Our client is a leading company in the industry expanding its operations and seeking a strategic and results-driven Head of Retention for the Portuguese desk in Cyprus. This role is essential for enhancing customer loyalty and retention strategies tailored for the Portuguese-speaking market.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective retention strategies for the Portuguese-speaking client base.
Analyze customer data to identify trends and insights that inform retention efforts.
Collaborate with marketing sales and customer service teams to enhance the overall customer experience.
Create and oversee loyalty programs engagement initiatives and personalized communications to boost customer satisfaction.
Monitor and report on retention metrics and KPIs to assess the success of retention strategies.
Lead a team of retention specialists providing guidance training and support to achieve departmental goals.
Stay updated on industry best practices and competitor strategies to adapt and innovate retention tactics.

Requirements:

Minimum of 1 year of experience as head of retention
Proven experience in a leadership role with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
Excellent communication skills in Portuguese (Brazilian dialect preferred) and English.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful retention strategies and campaigns.
