Job Summary

Position: Conversion Sales Agent with German

Location: Limassol Cyprus

Employment type: Full-time

Remuneration: Base salary Commission and Full Relocation.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Promote the companys products and service
Proven track record in sales preferably in a conversion-focused role within a similar industry or environment.
Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication and interpersonal skills able to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
Ability to influence and persuade others with a confident and articulate communication style and the capability to handle objections effectively.
The goal-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving and exceeding sales targets motivated by performance metrics and driven to deliver results.
Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and customer needs able to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic sales environment.
Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients
Convert high-quality leads into long-lasting customers
Increase chances of future sales
Ensure clients receive the highest level of service at any moment given
Keep up to date with the financial markets

REQUIREMENTS:

Native/fluent in German both oral and written. Fluent in English (at least B2 level)
Previous phone-based sales experience from FX industry is a MUST!
Computer savviness
Ability to work with deadlines & targets
Management and mathematics skills
Great objection-handling skills
Availability to start/join with the short notice
