Requirements
As an Arabic Retention Specialist you will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with our Arabic-speaking clients ensuring their satisfaction and maximizing their retention and lifetime value. You will work closely with our customer base to understand their needs address any concerns and provide personalized support to enhance their trading experience. This role requires a deep understanding of the Forex market excellent communication skills in Arabic and English and a passion for building long-term client relationships
1. Build and maintain strong relationships with Arabic-speaking clients through regular communication via phone email and live chat.
2. Provide personalized support and assistance to clients including account management technical support and guidance on trading strategies.
3. Monitor client activity and trading patterns to identify opportunities for retention and upselling.
4. Proactively reach out to clients to offer relevant promotions bonuses and educational resources to enhance their trading experience.
5. Collaborate with other departments such as marketing and compliance to ensure a seamless experience for clients and compliance with regulatory requirements.
6. Stay up-to-date on market trends news and events to provide timely and relevant information to clients.
7. Utilize CRM systems and other tools to maintain accurate records of client interactions and track retention efforts.
8. Meet and exceed retention targets and KPIs set by the company.
