Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Retention Team Leader to lead our Australian desk for a well-established Forex company based in Limassol.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing motivating and developing a team of retention agents driving client lifetime value and ensuring strong performance across the AU market. This is a key leadership role requiring strong people management skills commercial awareness and a deep understanding of client retention strategies within the Forex industry.

Requirements

Lead manage and motivate a team of Forex Retention Agents focused on the Australian market

Drive client retention loyalty and long-term value

Monitor individual and team KPIs ensuring targets are consistently met or exceeded

Coach train and mentor team members to improve performance and client handling

Handle escalations and high-value client cases when required

Work closely with senior management to implement retention strategies and improvements

Prepare performance reports and provide regular feedback to management

Ensure high standards of professionalism communication and service within the team

Proven experience as a Retention Team Leader or Senior Retention Agent within the Forex industry

Experience working with Australian (AU) clients

Strong leadership and people management skills

Solid understanding of client retention upselling and relationship management

Ability to work early morning hours aligned with the Australian market

Experience working with CRM systems

Strong communication negotiation and interpersonal skills

Results-driven mindset with the ability to lead by example

Fluent English (additional languages are an advantage)
