What Youll Do
Proactively contact existing clients to encourage continued trading activity.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to maximize satisfaction and loyalty.
Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions to improve their trading experience.
Monitor client activity and follow up with inactive accounts.
Provide market updates promotions and relevant information to clients.
Ensure all client interactions meet company policies and regulatory requirements.
Work closely with sales and support teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
Requirements
Previous experience in client retention sales or customer service ideally within Forex or finance.
Fluency in Spanish (spoken and written) is mandatory.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Goal-oriented with the ability to meet and exceed performance targets.
Proactive persuasive and confident in handling objections.
