Job Title: Childrens Residential Childcare Worker
Location: Willington
Salary: 11.50 12.50 per hour
Working Hours: 12-hour shifts (days & nights) 24/36/48-hour contracts available
Service: Childrens Home
Service Users: YPs with diverse and complex needs
Qualifications Required: NVQ Level 3 in Residential Children & Young People (preferred) or willingness to complete

Who we are looking for

Were seeking passionate empathetic individuals who can support young people in residential care. You will help them overcome challenges celebrate achievements and rebuild their childhoods. You must have resilience a can-do attitude and a genuine desire to create positive outcomes for young people.

Essential Skills & Requirements:

• Ability to build trusting relationships and act as a positive role model

• Flexibility to work 12-hour day and night shifts

• Driving licence preferred

• NVQ Level 3 Residential Children & Young People preferred (or willingness to complete)

• Experience in childrens residential care (1 year preferred)
