Job Title: Childrens Residential Childcare Worker
Location: Willington
Salary: 11.50 12.50 per hour
Working Hours: 12-hour shifts (days & nights) 24/36/48-hour contracts available

Service Users: YPs with diverse and complex needs
Qualifications Required: NVQ Level 3 in Residential Children & Young People (preferred) or willingness to complete

Essential Skills & Requirements:
Ability to build trusting relationships and act as a positive role model
Flexibility to work 12-hour day and night shifts
Driving licence preferred
NVQ Level 3 Residential Children & Young People preferred (or willingness to complete)
Experience in childrens residential care (1 year preferred)
