Job Title: Residential Childcare Worker (RCW)
Location: Stockport (SK4)
Salary: 13.19 per hour (qualified) 50 per sleep-in
Working Hours: 15-hour shifts (8:00am 11:00pm)
Hourly Rate: 13.19 per hour (qualified)
Number of Sleeps Required: Typically 35 sleeps over a 2-week rota
Pay Per Sleep: 50 per sleep-in
Overtime: Paid at time and a half (1.5x)

A confident and resilient Residential Childcare Worker who can provide consistent child-centred care within a structured EBD environment. You will be calm under pressure able to build meaningful relationships and committed to maintaining high standards in a home with an established track record of excellence.
