Role Overview
We are looking for a Back Office Operations & Telesales Executive who will support internal operations customer coordination documentation and outbound calling for service-level activities. The ideal candidate should have experience in operations or marketing with strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Back Office Operations
Handle documentation data entry and customer file management.
Maintain and update internal MIS reports trackers and dashboards.
Coordinate between internal teams for timely execution of tasks.
Verify customer details ensure accuracy and support compliance processes.
Manage email communication and support day-to-day admin operations.
Telesales & Customer Interaction
Make outbound calls to customers for service updates follow-ups and product awareness.
Explain company offerings and assist customers in basic queries.
Support customer onboarding activities with proper guidance and documentation.
Maintain call logs follow-up details and customer interaction records.
Skills & Competencies:
Good communication skills (Hindi/English required; regional languages preferred).
Basic computer proficiency (MS Excel Email CRM tools).
Experience in operations or marketing is mandatory.
Ability to multitask prioritise and manage timelines.
Customer-first attitude with attention to detail.
Sales or calling experience is an added advantage.
Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience in back-office operations marketing support or telesales.
Compensation:
CTC: Up to 3 LPA
Or hike on last drawn salary (as per company norms)
