What Youll Be Doing

  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to drive sales growth across Aggregates and Hot Mix Asphalt product lines
  • Identify new business opportunities and execute strategic sales plans to expand market share
  • Collaborate with operations and logistics teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products
  • Monitor market trends customer needs and competitor activity to inform pricing and sales strategies
  • Provide accurate forecasting and reporting to support business planning and performance tracking

What Are We Looking For

  • Proven ability to build trust and influence decision-makers in a competitive sales environment
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with a customer-first mindset
  • Capability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing market conditions
  • Familiarity with construction materials or industrial sales is a plus
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and a commitment to continuous learning

Work Environment
This role involves a mix of field-based customer engagement site visits and office-based planning. Travel within the assigned territory is expected. Safety is a core value and all employees are expected to uphold our commitment to a safe and inclusive workplace.
