Summary of Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with community leaders and referral partners (e.g. senior centers assisted living facilities healthcare providers).
- Plan and execute community outreach and engagement activities to generate qualified participant referrals.
- Educate community partners and seniors about healthcare services and available programs.
- Collaborate with organizations to increase awareness and support enrollment into senior healthcare programs.
- Develop and implement monthly outreach and marketing plans with leadership.
- Track outreach leads and engagement activities using CRM systems.
Qualifications:
- 1 5 years of experience in sales marketing or community outreach.
- Minimum 1 year of healthcare senior care or related field experience preferred.
- Strong relationship-building and community engagement skills.
- Outside sales or community outreach experience highly desired.
- Fluency in Spanish required.
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce Athenahealth) is a plus.
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Healthcare Administration or related field preferred.
