Key Objectives
- Deliver prompt and professional assistance to customers via chat.
- Resolve inquiries related to our environmental products and services efficiently.

Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns through live chat in a courteous and timely manner.
- Provide clear and accurate information about Southland Organics environmental services and offerings.
- Document customer interactions and escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.
- Assist with order processing account updates and troubleshooting as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer support processes.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products policies and environmental regulations.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelors degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service or chat support ideally within environmental services or related industries.
- Strong written communication skills with an emphasis on clarity and professionalism.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with chat support software.
- Problem-solving mindset and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
