Job Description: Virtual Customer Service Representative at Measutronics

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service through virtual channels such as phone email and chat
  • Handle customer inquiries resolve issues and provide product information
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing customer needs in a timely manner
  • Update customer accounts maintain accurate records and document interactions
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures while interacting with customers

Essential Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written
  • Ability to multitask prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Proficiency in using computers and various software applications
  • Customer-oriented and able to work well in a team environment

Desired Experience:

Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience preferably in a virtual or remote setting
