The Remote Service Center Representative at Allegiance Technologies LLC is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients remotely. The role involves handling customer inquiries resolving issues and ensuring customer satisfaction through professional communication and problem-solving skills.
Job Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone email or chat
- Providing solutions to customer issues in a timely manner
- Maintaining a high level of customer service and professionalism
- Documenting customer interactions and transactions accurately
- Cross-selling or upselling products and services to customers
- Adhering to company policies and procedures
Essential Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service role
- Experience in a remote customer service position is a plus
