We are looking for an enthusiastic Online Chat Representative to join our team at Measutronics. As an Online Chat Representative you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat support. Your main goal will be to assist customers with their inquiries provide product information and resolve any issues they may have.
Job Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information through online chat
- Assist customers with product selection and recommendations
- Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving
- Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs
Essential Qualifications:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with online chat platforms
- High school diploma or equivalent
Desired Experience:
The ideal candidate will have at least 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a similar role. Previous experience with online chat support is a plus.
