Job Description: Remote Service Center Representative at Measutronics

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone email and chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide accurate information about products and services
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers
  • Process orders returns and exchanges efficiently
  • Maintain customer records and update information as needed
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure excellent customer service

Essential Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and CRM systems
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Desired Experience:

  • Previous experience in a customer service role
  • Knowledge of technical products and services
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
